The B&W Tow & Stow adjustable ball mount lets you tow a variety of trailers with different tongue heights. Having a 1-7/8" ball, a 2" ball and a 2-5/16" ball allows for even more versatility, making this the ultimate go-to ball mount if you own multiple trailers.
To switch the hitch ball, simply remove the pin holding the balls in place and rotate the entire block that the balls are mounted on until the ball you want to use is on top. Then replace the pin to secure the block in place.
Adjusting the height of the ball is just as easy. Remove the pins holding the ball mount platform in place and slide the platform up or down along the shank to the desired position. Once you have found the correct height, reinsert the pins and replace the clips.
When you're not towing, you can flip the ball mount platform around and stow it beneath your hitch so that you won't bang your shins. Just remove the pins to slide the ball platform down along the channel and up the back side so that the hitch balls face towards your vehicle. Then replace the pins.
The Tow & Stow ball mount features a channel that runs along both sides of the shank. This channel not only allows you to slide the ball mount platform up and down to adjust the ball height, but it also prevents removal of the platform when the ball mount is installed, which will help prevent theft of your trailer.
A slot is cut into the adjustment channel near the top of the shank. To remove the ball mount platform from the shank you will need to remove the entire ball mount from your hitch. Then remove the pins that hold the platform in place. Flip the platform around to the stowed position on the rear of the shank, and then slide it up until the center pin lines up with the slot in the shank. Pull the platform out towards the rear of the shank until the pin pops out of the adjustment channel.
When the Tow & Stow is secured in your hitch receiver, you will not be able to remove the ball mount platform. This is because the slot in the shank is positioned in such a way that the collar on your hitch will block the pin on the platform from being able to leave the channel. Even if the pins holding the ball mount platform in place are removed, the platform will still be confined to this channel. So, as long as a hitch lock is used to secure the entire ball mount in your hitch receiver, and a coupler lock is used to prevent your trailer's coupler from being disengaged from the ball, your trailer will be secure.

It was $100 cheaper than anywhere else I shopped. Was delivered quickly and was an easy install. I used it to haul a trailer full of wood that I cut up and it got the job done! It is very heavy duty and takes the place of multiple single hitches. It’s nice to have all the options in one.
I looked at so many options before deciding on the B&W hitch, but I have no regrets buying it. There is nothing that my car is suitable for towing that this thing can’t accommodate. I even use it on the front hitch of my mower to move trailers around the yard! Adjusts very easily and stows nicely (though on my Ford Edge it rides lower than I like when stowed).
I like that it stows under the truck and i'm not banging my leg and getting grease on myself. The only draw back was i wanted to use my anti slap bracket and it would not fit due to the insert butts up to the hitch receiver. I'm not experiencing any slapping when taking off or stopping at this time.I use this for my boat and a utility trailer and i don't have to change hitch insert which is really nice, one less thing to do.
Item was described very well. Shipping was fast as well. The ease of changing the ball for the application i need, and stowing away when not needed make this hitch the only one I'll ever own.
Easy to use. Stows away to avoid bumping knees. Would have given 5 stars but it’s expensive. I would still recommend.
New buy but they seem to be well built. I like that the lock screws into the pin as opposed to the assembly that latches on (I’ve seen video where those can be forced off).

Highly recommended. I bought locking pins so that i can keep it mounted 247. Would buy this product again. Very sturdy, well worth it.
The hitch is solid and works as you'd expect it to work. I wish that they had used stainless steel clips for the pins. They rusted easily and I had to replace them with stainless. I keep the moving parts coated in fluid film thanks to the rustbelt of Ohio.
Shipping was fast and product arrived unscathed. I've had B&W products in the past and they are always great! I'm sure this one will live up to my expectations.

I dont have to be switching hitches anymore for different high and ball size
All I jave to do its rotete the ball and adjust the high easy to do
And make my jod easier

Perfect over all! I have had no problems so far. If you are looking at improving the product, the sleeve needs to be a bit thicker to fit tighter in the truck hitch.
Excellent product. Solves so many problems for me with easy locking, folding storage to save the shins, and versatility with tongue height and trailer hitch ball size. After 40 years of hauling all types of trailers, this could be the last hitch I ever have to buy!!

After one year with this BW hitch, I am even more impressed. It meets all my towing needs. You do have to keep the pins lubricated, but other than that no issues. Go ahead and invest in the locking pin so you can just keep it on your truck year round.

After a year of ownership I am very satisfied with the product, does everything needed, stows away easily and still looks great!
Works as advertised, tight hitch, and folds away, so no more bruised shins. Looks great stowed away so no more hitch covers.
Very sturdy, love the options to change balls without changing a entire hitch. It will be used to tow a trailer that is used for business purposes. It allows for different height adjustments and ball sizes all contained to 1 hitch. What a problem solver this is!!!

Excellent product, so versatile!
Fantastic trailer hitch. Perfect fit for my Sequoia. I just sent a picture of my hitch to my brother and he ordered the 3 ball 9” drop for his Ram 2500. Great service.
Researched for the best, and I found it in both the hitch and the dealer. Boat, golf cart or enclosed trailer will not be a concern.
I have owned this hitch for a little over 1 year now. It has never left my receiver on my F150. It has survived the IL winter without any rust forming or issues with the pins jamming. I do keep the pins well greased as well as a light coat on the tri-ball at all times. The adjustability is good for my applications and fits my 3 trailers great. I have little to no rattle from the hitch itself going down the road. Buy once, cry once when it comes to this hitch. You will not be disappointed.
*One disclaimer, on this 3" drop, if you have an 2020 F150 like I do, you cannot rotate the ball when stowing to where the 1 7/8" ball isn't pointing towards the ground. There isn't enough space, even at the lowest setting, to get it to tuck up and not touch the frame. If ground clearance is an issue, I suggest going to a 5" drop to tuck the ball up.*
I purchased the B&W from George at etrailer.com and after much research online I found the best deal. The shipping was super fast, and the product is absolutely top of the line. I have used this receiver a couple dozen times over the past year and I am impressed more and more every time I use it. From pulling a small 10' utility trailer to a 31' Center Console, this receiver makes it happen! Only downsize is I should have just gotten the 2 ball and not the Tri. I do not own anything that is 1 7/8" however if I ever need it I have it along with the 2" and 2 5/16".

Its working fantastically. So easy to have a one size fits all hitch. I do keep it lubricated just a bit on the pins. But thats because I keep it on the truck year round.
